Living in California in suburban bliss with her firefighter husband and two daughters, on any given day you can find May Flaum dreaming up new ideas. From sewing to baking, and a heavy focus on scrapbooking she loves to make pretty things. May has been featured in a number of publications and is the co-author of Paper + Pixels: Scrapbook layouts. She is an instructor at Big Picture Scrapbooking, does freelance design work, and has held a number of positions in the scrapbook industry over the last seven years.
She believes that the failed craft experiments are just as important as the successes. May loves all things pink, vintage, lace, sparkly, and happy. Her only rule in crafting is that you have fun with whatever you are doing, and that you are happy with the results.
When she’s not happily making a creative mess you can find her reading a novel, at the gym, or out enjoying the adventures of her life.
